Blessed Brothers and Sisters, This weekend some people go crazy over Halloween. We celebrate something much more interesting. We celebrate the Reformation; God using his people throughout history to redeem, restore, and renew the body of Christ. Our guest preacher will be Vern Vander Zee. Please join us this Sunday! Romans 1:17 17 For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.” Ephesians 2:8-9 8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast. 10 For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
